Protect · Backup & Disaster Recovery
Backup and disaster recovery for small businesses
A backup you've never restored is a guess. We back up your computers, servers and Microsoft 365 data automatically, test that it actually comes back, and write down exactly what happens if something goes wrong.
What's included
Everything here is part of the service. No surprise invoices for routine work.
Microsoft 365 backup
Separate backups of email, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams data.
Device and server backup
Automated, encrypted backups of the machines that matter.
Off-site copies
Backups stored away from your office so a fire or theft doesn't take them too.
Restore testing
Regular test restores to prove backups actually work.
Recovery plan
A written, plain-English plan for what happens when systems go down.
Built for the bad day
Ransomware, a failed drive, or an accidental deletion all end the same way: you need your data back quickly and completely. We design backups around how fast you need to be running again, and we test restores so we know the answer before it matters.

FAQ
Backup & Disaster Recovery questions
Doesn't Microsoft already back up our 365 data?
Microsoft keeps its service running, but its retention is limited and isn't designed to recover from mistakes, departed users or ransomware. A separate backup covers those cases.
